We wanted to help businesses harness the most powerful technology and business transformation in world history, not to fear it, but to use it to make their employees and customers’ lives better.

We knew that if we could serve midsize businesses and the hardworking leaders who run them in a better and easier way, not to replace people but to make them better, then amazing outcomes would follow.

As we started building, something shifted. We hit the same moment the leading AI companies in Silicon Valley have been warning about. We started to understand firsthand why the biggest names in technology are sounding alarms about massive change, job displacement, and the sheer power of what AI is becoming. Not because the technology is scary, but because of how it’s used and who controls it matters more than most people realize.
